Meetings
Bring your guitar if you want to just chill out and play in the evenings (or help lead Evening Gathering music). A Frisbee is ALWAYS a good idea. Bring some cards to play. Come prepared to do some great service and form some lasting bonds.

- July 7, 2012 @ 9:00am to Noon - Meet at TBD for the final meeting and to organize and pack vehicles. Team members should bring everything they are going to bring on the trip except a pillow and a bag/backpack with things to use during the trip down/back. This includes tools, sleeping bags, personal bags with clothes for the week, etc. Most bags will be inaccessible during the trip down, so do not pack stuff in your bag if you will need it during the day Sunday (like money for food). Each team member can have ONE duffle bag with clothes. We are going to be tight on space.

ASP Forms
These are the 2012 forms. You will NOT need to get them notarized as we will take care of that. You will need to make sure that the forms are COMPLETE, including parent signatures for any participating minors (those who have not yet attained the age of 18). Make sure you fill out the form on the computer or use BLUE or BLACK ink ONLY. Please print it duplex (two sides of one piece of paper). The forms are not considered complete unless these conditions have been met. (These are the legal rules we have to follow.) These forms are in PDF format, so if you do not have the Adobe Reader, you will need to download it here.
Safe Sanctuary Forms
All adults (participants age 18 and above), whether group leaders or not, must complete Safe Sanctuary forms.
Packing Lists
Review the individual packing list so you can see what you will need for the trip. Every crew should account for the materials in the group packing list.
